Ready to begin—or begin again? Our Beginner Yoga Series is back for a second round, offering a fresh opportunity to connect with your body, breath, and practice. Whether you’re stepping onto the mat for the first time or looking to revisit the fundamentals with new perspective, this six-week series is designed to support all levels in a warm, welcoming space.

Led by Bre, each class blends gentle flow with guided breakdowns of foundational poses. You’ll explore alignment, breath awareness, and mindful movement at a pace that allows for both learning and growth. This is a great continuation for those who joined us for the first series, as well as an open invitation to anyone ready to move, breathe, and begin. All are welcome.
